Outsurance Staff

<p>Outsurance staff member Jonathan Gordon was impeccable with his manner in which he dealt with me on the refunding of my excess due to a 3rd party who hit my vehicle earlier in the year. Although some of their policies might be not agreeable to me (Elevating issurance premiums when it was a claim that was not due to my fault, and losing no-claim bonus in the process), their staf do need to be commened.</p>
