Outsurance SMS Projected Outbonus not paid
Hmmmm...where do I even begin? Got sent an SMS on 16 Feb 2022, with a projected Outbonus amount of R5 955.43 due on 27/05/22 for my policy no OT2719..... The SMS came from ***.
On 3 July 2022, I was curious why said projected Outbonus wasn't paid so I called their call centre to enquire. A certain Damian assisted me and gave an incorrect email address to send the screenshots of the SMSs to because Damian informed that at no point did Outsurance send me any SMS as my Outbonus is only due in 2024. Yes, I had a claim around May 2019, 3 years after said claim and forfeited my Outbonus then.
I just need someone from Outsurance to email me and advise WHY the SMS was sent and WHEN an Outbonus is likely to be paid. Also, want to complain that Sershen Naidoo did not respond after promising to do so to my email sent 8 July 2022 relaying that the 2019 incident was not my fault.
