Outsurance sloooooow and not paying out?
On 2021-03-30 I asked for a quote. Outsurance could not give me a better quote than what I have, so I am eligible for the R500/R1500.
I received the SMS that the link to claim the R1500 will be sent to me, but on 2021-03-31, I did not yet receive it so I sent them an e-mail to ask for it.
They rep**** on 2021-04-01 that I should send them my detail, which I did on 2021-04-06 (long weekend in between).
It is now 2021-04-08 and I did not yet receive the link...
