Outsurance simply ignores 3rd Party Claims!

An outsurance customer rear-ended my vehicle, I filled in all the documents and submitted them in July to Molai K, he never responded to my emails. A month later I called outsurance and was assigned to Robby, who does not do anything unless you nag him to. I have to repeatedly follow up on him just to get things done, like how does Outsurance employ such people? It's been more than 3 months now of sending emails and phoning constantly where Robby is not available and I still can't get a hold of him. He doesn't return my emails.<br> <br> What else should I do now?
