Outsurance SIAS ADMINISTRATION
I have 2 SIAS ADMINISTRATION issues showing on my credit score and I owe outsource nothing. This is exactly why I left outsurance because of the poor customer service! Why is it the customer's duty to ensure this gets sorted out when outsurance should sort this out. Please sort this out!

We are members of the Credit Providers Association and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. This includes both payments of premium and where premiums are not paid.
We have requested all bureaus to update their records as your policy is cancelled and there is no money owing or outstanding.
