Outsurance Sias (admin) on my credit report

I have 2 SIAS (Administration) Listings on my credit report from Outsurance.

I do have a policy with Out but i am not in arrears, i am up to date.

Why are they appearing on my credit profile and negatively affecting me ?

Remove them immediately.
