Outsurance showed a lot reactivity and even proactivity dealing with a traumatising housebreaking at my place and it lifted a lot of the trauma off my shoulders. Zayne Pillay, Outsurance Claims Assessor, displayed not only professionalism trying to understand the full sequence of events leading to the breaking but also he showed empathy (a part of you is ******, you feel exposed, vulnerable). He was more proactive than the Cape Town police or ADT was: eg. investigating street cameras nearby and finding footage of the *****s leaving with my belongings. Sadly, Outsurance’s Zayne Pillay was the only one caring and trying to solve what we both saw as a relatively easy case (finger prints everywhere for +- 1 week, Cape Town CBD, *****s leaving by foot to the well known BoKaap’s Kraal).
