Outsurance Shocking servcie

My brand new car was involved in a rear smash. They insisted it goes to their yard in Sandton and from their some panel beater partner. This I declined as The panel beater involved may be a partner but does not have a good name at all. I had the car sent to a reputable panel beater (Approved by the OEM I might add) But not on their panel. Outsurance have come in R9000 odd under what the costs actually are. After some fighting the deficit id nor R4400.00 + My excess. Not acceptable. Calls do not get returned, I have called in everyday for 8 days now. The sad thing is the car is ready.
