OUTsurance - shocking reality

Let me tell u all about OUTSURANCE. I have been with them for 14 years and as I have business and private insurance with them never really had a problem except after the hurricane that hit muldersdrift last year

I am buying a new car and phoned them to swop a few drivers around on my other cars only to be given this HUGE quote with an enormously huge excess on each of my vehicles considering my excess was always low. They said I had claimed to much even though after 14 years 80% of my claims were windscreen claims and remember I took fully comprehensive business insurance as I am on the road every single day. What pushed me and I am sure this will surprise u all was the hurricane that hit last year October.

So I warn u all. OUTsurance will cover u and be all nice until an act of God pushes your ratio over what u pay them and what they paid for u. THAT IS WHY THEY ARE CHEAP. I will still be covered by them but at an excess of 4000.00 per vehicle even though before I paid an excess of 1250,00 odd.

So I have decided to change to a company that yes I might pay more but am insured for what I need.
