Outsurance shines again - AMAZING service from Juan-Marie

<p>I've been a loyal client of Outsurance for over 14 years and have 2 business and 3 properties with them. After a spate of bad luck this year, with my garage door smashed up during the storm in CT, then very expensive electronic equipment blown while my hubby was hanging our curtains and someone knocking into one of the company vehicles all while my Outbonus was due in October :-( . This occured within a period of a month or so I shuddered to think what Outsurance would say when we put those claims through. Once again, they've shined and did so courteously while actually caring enough making sure if we are ok. Juan - Marie the assessor is an incredible person who makes one feel at ease the minute you meet her. She's super friendly and would keep us in the loop regarding the processes involved and told us that it happens in 3's so we're good now :-D. Our claims have been settled and I want to thank you Outsurance and Juan-Marie for being there with us every step of the way.
