<p>In a world where service excellence is somewhat lacking, I finally found a true professional!</p> <p>After spending a frustratibng hour on the line with the competitors I called Outsurance and spent a refreshing 20 odd minutes on the line with a young man named Wouter du Plooy, who signed me up to a deal that was tailermade to my own specific needs! Kudos to this young guy!!</p>
