Outsurance shielding their lying client.
My wife was bumped at the back of our car by an Outsurance client.
Client admitted that he was negligent and could not see the car on the mirrors (which is bizarre) given he straight reverse into our car.
Claim ***, we also submitted whatsapp chats where the client admits fault and apologises and offering that the insurance will pay out.
We later find out that he changed his story when talking to you (outsurance) and you are believing him over the police accident report, whatsapp messages and our word that matches or corroborate what actually happened. He straight reverse into us besides my wife having to hoot several times for him to stop. Our car was stationary.
The claim is rejected since you neglect the truth and are shielding your client in any way possible. We submitted everything to you that points that the client is guilty and you should pay, but you refuse.
Maybe keep the telephone recording for later, we are talking this forward with the ombudsman of the decision to not pay is not updated. Pay up.
Thank you for your feedback.

Our legal manager Tanya contacted you to explain that based on the accident merits and in the absence of an independent eyewitness or video footage, our decision remains unchanged.
