Outsurance settlement value 20% of damages

claim no *** outsurance client admitted at fault by reversing into my car , causing damage to my left door. Unable to open or close door on vehicle after 4 weeks of investigation and offer made only 20% of repair cost, due to its the law of the country,I am 73 and my wife (73) jumps over from right door and move to left, I am only looking for damages to be fixed caused by outsurance client , Outsurance now wants me to follow up with lawyers, I am only a pensioner and do not have money for lawyers to get damage done by outsurance insured client
