Outsurance settlement process was outstanding

<p class="MsoNormal">Corne De Bruyn was appointed as an assessor&nbsp; on a recent claim for my parents.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;Not only was this claim a difficult one but under difficult circumstance given that my parents are in a poor state of health.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;I have to compliment you on the manner in which Corne approached and handled the claim which was done with thorough and extreme professionalism.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">I have NEVER met a person so dedicated to her job in ever manner possible! Corne did not leave a stone unturned, a lead not followed up or a &nbsp;grey area until it was clarified.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;Despite her thoroughness at no point did I feel threatened or the claim at risk as Corne meticulously kept me up to date at all times and gave me reasons for her questions or actions.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;She went beyond the call of duty to update the insurance records as she went along and made sure that admin staff not only contacted me to make the changes but checked that the changes were made and where not perfectly done to her required level, were re done until they were as they should be.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;She found some disparity in the value covered so again went the extra mile to arrange a valuation with an approved service provider on my behalf.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;<span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">My compliments to Outsurance on a truly valuable human asset which I trust that they appreciate.</span></p>
