Outsurance service VS Auto and General

I got bowled over by a sudden one sided increase by Auto and General of R 1000 per month on my policy, without having any claims in at least 3 to 5 years. I was merely sent a new schedule. The attitude was if you don't accept it, go somewhere else. Many e mails later. Launce Brits of OUTsurance took it over immediately. He even offered me more than R 1000.00 less than A&G.
