<p>Well from the phone was answered till the end sibusiso was fantastic.he went the extra mile and helped we all the way from contacting my bank for the account number to assisting me with having the best cover possible.also having my dads I'd number for a refferal bonus.totally blew myind away with everything.I have been with outsurance before so the take on fee was waived for me by his manager.big ups for sibusiso and his manager.thank you I feel peace of mind ...thank you for the fantastic service.ur next step should be applying for that manager posts u really are customer obsessed and going the extra mile which is what a business needs to prosper.well done subu.....keep up the great work for outsurance.</p>
