OUTSURANCE SERVICE STINKS - *******

The battery terminal caught alight in the engine of my car. I have never dealt with a insurance company like this. They never get back to you and then I get told the assessor has been out how did he assess the car if the car battery was not connected. obviously he missed things like the airbag light on low compression etc. They are *******. I have been paying insurance to them for 10 years. They contradict themselves all the time. They must practice what they adverise.
