Outsurance Service Not Outstanding
Goodday Everyone,
I am writing this review as a last resort as I have tried as a 3rd Party to seek a resolve for my vehicle which was involved in an accident with an Outsurance client for over 2 years now.
My main issue that everytime I follow up its either I get the run around between consultants or their legal department a few names that come to mind are Obakeng Letawane & Sinethemba Zangqa who I've recently been incontact with little progress. The main excuses are either theirs missing documents (which is not the case) or they can't get in contact with me (for which I have provided my number on countless occasions).
I'm writing this not out of anger but really out frustration as this is affect my situation with my own Insurance coverage. Karabo & Mosess Mogale
Following our private reply to you, we confirm our legal liability claims manager was in contact with you.
He discussed the delay. The documents you sent us were not relative to the 3rd party claim. We did inform you all along of the correct documents we require in order to finalise the claim and never received your replies.
As soon as we have received the correct and required documents, we can and will finalise your 3rd party claim.
