Outsurance Service from Call Center services

I would like to rate 10 out of 10 for the service that I received from a lady by the name Lulu Mgweba from Outsurnace. I asked Outsurance for a car and household insured quote and Lulu called me first thing in the morning. Due to really bad network signal from my side the call kept on dropping and each time the call dropped Lulu called me back immediately, this happened about 10 times during the course of the quote. She was extremely understanding, friendly and got me a quote with more cover than my previous insurance company for a much lower premium. Plus she got me a further discount on my premium after speaking to her manager. So what can I say? She saved me money which is what we all want. I wish I could have bought her chocolates for helping me so much. She really did go out of her way to assist me and I'm grateful. I am also happy to be insured with Outsurance as I have done some homework and it came out very reputable from from quite a few resources. I am happy. Thank you.
