Phoned for a insurance quote for a used vehicle. Spoke to Ricardo from the Outsurance call centre, and for the first time in a hectic day I really felt that I am dealing with a Professional Company that has my best interest at heart . The questions were asked crisply but politely and where there were choices to be made, all options were explained competently. Even when asked for advice, it was given with pros and cons for all options. To top it all I got a really good deal! I will be a life-long client of Outsurance !!
