I've been an Outsurance client for 21 years and have ALWAYS been treated by friendly and knowledgable staff even when the consultant is in training, I was informed accordingly. Any enquiries whether it was claim related or to revise my policy was dealt with to my satisfaction. I must admit that I have made enquiries with other companies looking for a better deal but the excellant service and affordable premiums, kept me a loyal client of Outsurance.
