Outsurance Service Atrocious!!

<p>This is my second encounter with Outsurance. I phoned about 2 months ago regarding a R400 Challenge (which they are happy and proud to announce all over various platforms) also to see if I can get a cheaper quote for my insurance. Nevermind the fact that they quoted a lot more than what I am paying currently, the operator tried to look for ways to avoid the R400 that I qualified for, told me he'd send a link I never received it. After I wrote on Hello Peter 2 months ago they phoned me, apologized and promised to send me a link which they did actually do after drastic measures. NOW... Firstly I have not received a single sent to this day after they had promised and secondly they now started to advertise R800 if you have been claim free for 3 years... so false advertising is what happened here. I was meant to get R800 and not R400. Their staff should start communicating the correct information! I am very disappointed with Outsurance and I do not recommend them to anyone!! They wasted my time, no R800 and no good premium, I got nothing out!! </p>
