OUTSURANCE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I needed to change my banking details as I have been retrenched at 70 years of age. The person I dealt with at OUTSURANCE was nothing short of EXCELLENT in helping me achieve this. THIS COMPANY IS SO PROFESSIONAL IN HANDLING ANY QUERIES YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING POLICIES YOU MAY HAVE WITH THEM
Finally , it is never nice being retrenched and to my surprise I have been awarded a bonus in Marcg this year for not claiming for the past two years. HAPPY DAYS----COULDNT HAVE COME AT A BETTER TIME
