Awesome service from the agent of OUTsurance, namely Jane Setshedi. quick and efficient. I had a problem with my tv, which was accidently caused by my self. I open the OUTsurance APP on my phone, quick and easy, reported the incident. I did not know what to expect, after that, I was prepared to go and buy a new tv. two hours later, I get a call from OUTsurance. all that went through my mind is," I am sorry, your claim was declined due to negligence" but that was not the case. all she asked of me is to take a photo of the front and back of the tv and send it to her. they did their assessment, by the afternoon, I received a call stating that they are going to replace the tv. well done OUTsurance. happy client
