Outsurance sent a team from Hand-Z-On within a couple of hours to assess and replace my burst geyser. The team was very polite and well experienced. The installation went smoothly. The next day, approval was given, and an appointment was made to fix the damage caused to ceilings by the burst geyser. This was also done quickly and excellently by their service provider, Hand-Z-On.
