Outsurance sent a contractor to fix my leaking teaser, to my surprise the contractor inspected the geyser and found no problem with it but suspected that the gutter was blocked and was not releasing water from the geyser creating a pool resulting in wat

Outsurance sent a contractor to fix my leaking teaser, to my surprise the contractor inspected the geyser and found no problem with it but suspected that the gutter was blocked and was not releasing water from the geyser creating a pool resulting in water running without stop. Any other contractor could have easily made up a story and charged me for a damaged geyser as I reported. Thank you Outsurance for the help
