Outsurance send us ****** to repair our plumbing issue

We called Outsurance for a plumbing issue on Sunday. Outsurance send out DRM Projects and a guy named Marnus Van Zyl came to see us spend 5 mins with us and left with our tap that we paid R1000 to exchange for a tap with proper fittings, he came back replaced the tap without giving me a receipt for the new tap (the new tap is not strong at all). I asked him to send me a receipt and still no reply from him. My toilet is now leaking that wasn't leaking. Marnus turned a 15 minute job into 2 hours and i paid for it R809.40. Marnus is a *****.

I need outsurance to give me a call as soon as possible so they can deal with their contractors because this guy is not being honest at all or I'm moving my business to another insurance company.
