Outsurance scandals

Outsurance do not want to repair my vehicle . The only way they will repair my vehicle if they can use pirate parts or secondhand parts , (witch I refused) they told me if i am not satisfied with it, they cant help me . The advisory told me if a car is not under guaranty, they will use pirate or secondhand parts. the vehicle only have 100 000 km on the clock and they insured it from 43 000 km while it was under guaranty til now . the guaranty on this vehicle are 5 years or 100 000 km . Outsurance newer inform me of this detail . Outsurance just want to duck there responsibilities. I never mist a installment , i never paid less than they asked for . I insured this vehicle for more than 3 years , while I paid there were no problems but when I wanted to claim !!!!!??????????
