OUTSURANCE-****SURANCE MISLEADING ADVERTS

Good day no thank you for your misleading adverts of you will pay out R400 to the client if you could not beat my insurance premium.....I knew it was too good to be true, because your quote was R800 more than what I'm currently paying for my insurance. When I inquired about that the consultant gave me your clientele no, because she doesn't know how that works, I would think this is 'old news' to anyone who works for outsurance. I called the call centre, and was put from pillar to post, even the life insurance dept..Is this how you try and avoid paying out what you promise in your adverts??. Really shocking to say the least............I wasn't even provided with a quote no, I then gave my id no, because surely any insurance company can trace recent quotes done..................
