Outsurance ******** and

An upsolytley shocking and very disappointing Service i received after an innocent car accident with one'of their clients, BEING A THIRD PARTY VICTIM Of OUTSURANCE will put you OUT Of your sanity and In a depressed mental Health...

After borrowing my siblings vehicle to run a family errands, i met up with an accident where the Other guy was negligent and he admitted his mistake and gave me an assurance that OUTSURANCE has covered him for R3 Million Rands for third-party and i shouldn't worry he will ensure that the car gets sorted, the Guy was sweet and sincere AND trusted his insurer to back him up, as he has been a loyal paying customer for years at OUTSURANCE

UNTIL, hw got a shock of his life where his claim was also repudiated DUE TO" NEGLIGENCE they explained,.. IS THAT NOT THE REASON WE HAVE INSURANCE POLICIES...? OUTSURANCE Is slowly practicing Capital monoly, False advertising and Oppression on Black uninformed individuals who put trust in their policies.

OUTSURANCE IS A **** AND THEY CREATE DISPUTES, FIGHTS, HATRED AND ANGER+DEPRESSION To their Own Clients and Innocent BLACK People who that unfortunately fall victim of being a third party beneficiary. One ends up hating another, to an extent of raging War wanting to harm another person in these trying times. WATCH OUT FOR OUTSURANCE, SIGNING UP WITH THEM WILL DEFENATELY PUT YOU OUT OF INSURANCE, THEIR NAME EXPLAINS ITSELF... THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE PAID HUGE COMMISSIONS TO REJECT claims AND SAVE The company money, SO AS A CLIENT, they put you Last and ditch you when you are in trouble. There is no Room for peace of mind either way, being their potential client, current client or a third party Victim. THEY WILL PUT YOU OUT OF INSURANCE.

Hello Mpho J

Your feedback was naturally concerning and we very sorry to see how you feel.

Several discussions were held with you since we received your feedback on this forum.
Our liability claims manager, Thina, contacted you this morning. She discussed the apportionment of damages act and why we apportioned the matter which led to the reasons for your contribution to the incident.

Although you do not agree with our decision, we thank you for the opportunity to have discussed your concerns.

Regards
OUTsurance

So OUTSURANCE DOESN'T COVER IT'S CLIENTS FOR THIRD PARTY, That a sales speech 🙄..

Instead pf providing third party cover YOU apply a law 0f proportions deductions against their clients damages SO if you get hit by an outsurance client with an expensive vehicle and you are Poor and driving an old sentimental, reliable and dearly beloved vehicle, FORGET ABOUT ANY HOPE OF YOU EVER BEING HAPPY, The will compare the damages of both vehixlw and if their clients damages are more than yours, you will not be paid out, even if their client is admitting Guilt and relying pn his third party insurance to cover
Outsurance adviced me to Rage war on their Clent, then i must go to amall claims court and open a case against their own Client and they won't be able to assist me for the damages he caused on my Vehicle

PS:
If you want to be a victim of third party Rage, violence, Abuse, Legai attacks etc..
Then call Outsurance today they will ***** you Over big time... THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING AND manipulate their Insurance Policy wording at claim stageby using civil Laws against their victims)(average poor south africa people that are struggling in life) ...
this is Oppression and Abuse to society...
