OUTSURANCE : ******** , ****** , DISCRIMINATOR

I did contact Outsurance a week ago , on Monday 26 Feb for a quote on my car and home content , it is not the first time i am contacting this company , first time was few years back . I am disgusted with this company because they advertise things on TV showing off things that they are unable to honor , its BIG **** company . To start off with my Car and Home content insurance quote , the first time I liaised with them , their Quote as already twice as much as any other insurance on the market , Of course you wonder you should get the R400 since they did not beat the Quote , and what they did , they just disappeared , whoever helped me drop the phone as if it was a mistake when we came to that discussion , that was years ago . I gave them a change again this year , how foolish of me , Went through all the policy wording , i even told them how much i am paying with my insurer at the moment and told them i am looking for a better premium as they seems to show off so much that they can beat anything on the market, Finally I got a quote that was obviously more expensive than what i am currently , and they just said unfortunately that is tthe best they can do , of course not negotiable , but the big dilemma here is this after they acknowledged not being competitive , I asked them to give me the R400 , as promised, The guy on the phone said hold on ,let me check about that , Then he came back and said unfortunately we cannot give you the R 400 because you "were not born and raised in South Africa " They did not bother to give me a quote and wanting to get money from me at first knowing that I am foreign National and so my Husband having a GREEN ID mentioned during the policy wording , but the moment you ask for the R400, all sorts of excuses come from them .It can be anything , OUTSURANCE you are ****** and discriminate people , as a company you should be ashamed of yourself , What is the difference between anyone having the right to live in South Africa compared to whoever is born and raised here ? We all pay taxes , and you DID NOT BOTHER TO QUOTE ME not being raised and born in RSA ,with a hope of ripping me off my money every month . Thankfully , I did not sign up with you as I can see already the scenario if i even claim, you will just tell me on my face that you CANNOT PAY BECAUSE I AM NOT BORN AND RAISED IN SOUTH AFRICA ?

I Will make sure to advise all my foreign national Peers about this , this company is not trustworthy , for just R400 ?? OUTSURANCE : ******** , DISCRIMINATOR
