OUTSURANCE ****

Insured my phone back in 2015 for R15999.00. I've been paying a premium over R600 a month. Put in a claim last week, claims consultant advised me that the current value is +R19k. Yesterday this all changed to less than R12k. Apparently someone made an error and paid out the wrong phone on the wrong claim now I am taking the fall for it. Surprise surprise today they tell me that that is the insured value and they can send me tapes from 2015.

Well, I have the agreement from then and neither phone was ever insured for that value. There's always stories when money has to be paid out. Never again!
