Outsurance ****?
Has anyone ever received the promo R1500 that Outsurance promises if they cannot beat your current premium? After spending more than an hour with Thumi on the phone, the best they could do was R40 more than my current premium. I received an SMS saying that an email with the link to claim would follow. This never happened. In my opinion it's a **** and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. But they do because T's and C's apply.
