Outsurance ****

After being retrenched and seeing life insurance ads on TV, I called outsurance to move my existing life cover. They gave me two quotes, nowhere near what was advertised on TV. They also gave me a cheaper option which did not include the cashback, so in effect you pay for the cashback. <br> They then declined my request on the grounds I was not employed!!!!<br> Immediately after I put the phone down, an amount of over R200 was taken out of my account without any notice. When querying this with outsurance, they said it was because I was now unemployed. They said my car premiums are now more expensive, ridiculous since I no longer travel the \\premium\route to work.<br> I had to downgrade to 3rd party.<br> The uncaring attitude was unbelievable. It all did not make sense and outsurance could not give any rational explanation why they decline one request but increase my policy which I still pay!\"\"\""
