Outsurance says they beat any other quotation

I don't understand how I have a quotation from Vantage for R3000 excess and R6030 yearly. However, as I did not want to move insurance companies from outsurance I was charged R3800 excess and R6200 yearly.<br> <br> I spent over 24 hours trying to get Outsurance to call me back or answer my e-mails which is very bad customer service.<br> <br> I have been with outsurance for 4 years and should really be getting the best rates as I have never claimed.<br> <br> I am a little dissapointed in the rate I was charged as if I was a new customer I would be treated better.<br> <br> Doesn't make sense....<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br> Justin
