OUTSURANCE Sales people must LEARN to have respect for other people’s jobs and employers time

Sales - person that called me on 27/01/23 - calls are recorded so outsurance will know who it was. The sales person called my cell phone number once from +27 (12) ***, and I did not answer as i was at work. He then proceeds to call my work landline number, goes to reception and asks for me, to come through to me to try to sell me a policy because I don’t have any current policy with outsurance. he states he wants to offer me a discount on my policy (which I don’t have WITH OUTSURANCE). He tells me he his from OUTSURANCE. So I ask him you call me on my employers number at work during working hours - which number is supposed to be used for my employers work / business purposes, not my personal things… the sales person replies me, oh I didnt know it’s a work number… which is a lie because he had to ask reception to transfer him to me and when I did a previous quote with the insurer I clearly gave them that number as my WORK number. It’s arrogant that people THINK that it’s okay to sell things to us on our employers time and on our employers phone too. It’s not okay. Train your sales staff OUTSURANCE before they cost us our jobs!!!! And train them to have be ethical and stop lying to people for a quick sale.
