OUTSURANCE 'S VERY POOR, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am disgusted, distraught and traumatized to say the least about the way outsurance has handled my case (***).I HAVE BEEN A CLAIM FREE CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS INSURED MY 2CARS AND HOUSEHOLD , ADVOCATED AND RECOMMENDED MY CLOSEST PEOPLE TO OUTSURANCE AND TODAY THEY ARE TREATING ME LIKE ******* AS LOYAL CUSTOMER.I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED. After an accident that took place on the 27th January 2020, my car was towed immediately at the accident to auctioneering wynberg sandton ,a subcontracting service provider to outsurance, where my car was kept. A decision to write-off mycar was made on my behalf without my knowledge. After contesting it, i went to the auctioneering in Wynberg Sandton to see if my car was still in the same state as i had last seen it during my accident scene. Upon my arrival i asked for my car keys and for a good 45 minutes the premises manager **** and argued with that the car keys didn't come with the keys (Yet knowing very well that he had hid my keys). Until i said to him i can proof to you that my car came with the car key,by pulling out a transcript done by 1st HELP during my accident scene, confirming with a checkbox tick that indeed my car was came with the car keys. Only then did these Manager from Auctioneering Wynberg Sandton confess that he is joking after such trauma he had taken me through and went to the back of their office (where he knew he had hid my car) to fetch my car keys. To my surprise the car keys came back with a tag written my number plate, the make of my car and that the car is SOLD. All this was done behind my back without my knowledge and without my approval. I then told outsurance i want the car back and need it towed to my residence in Randburg the following day. I then received a call the following day from outsurance and breakdown confirming that my car will be towed to my residence in randburg at 12 midday. But to my shockingly disturbing surprise my car was forcefully towed to centurion auctioneering (Which confirmed my speculations of the lies i was told about my car keys , the tag's proof and confirmation that my car was sold),instead of my car being residence in ranburg as agreed.The car was in centurion for 5 hours and later on returned to me not in the same state.All this was done behind my back without my knowledge. NOW OUTSURANCE IS LITERALLY IGNORING THIS ABOVE CASE AND LEAVING ME COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED AND STRANDED, UNABLE TO RESOLVE THESE MATTER.
