Outsurance - Ronel Perel

<p>I would like to compliment Outsurance on the excellent service I received from Ronel Perel, today 28/01 between 14:00 and 18:00. Yes, during that period she sorted out my sons situation in Cape Town, phoning regularly, tow trucks, locksmiths, different numbers that my son provided because of the situation he found himself in and keeping me up to date. (Bag ****** on the beach with car keys in bag!) Her professional attitude and compassion for me as a father who was far away from the situation, is much appreciated. She really walked more than the extra mile. I hope that this service she rendered to an Outsurance client does not go unseen. I can only speak of the highest regard of the service from Outsurance. Keep up the good work.</p>
