OUTsurance rocks

A HUGE compliment to OUTsurance and more specifically to Stephan de Beer for assisting us during the repair of a sinkhole at our property. The sinkhole developed almost three years ago and Stephan stepped in on behalf of OUTsurance. He became part of our family - providing information on what to expect from OUTsurance, engineers came to underpin our house and we were visited regularly by the engineer who did soil samples to ensure the integrity of our home. Stephan became a part of our family, sometimes popping in to say hello and his regular phone calls kept us abreast of all developments as OUTsurance liaised with the Tshwane Council over the three year period, to have the sinkhole repaired. Stephan also ensured that the best construction team (Wessel Grobbelaar from GROBCON and his friendly and well trained teams of builders, painters and electric fence installers), worked tirelessly to ensure that our property was restored to its former glory, after the council completed the rehabilitation of the sinkhole during October - November 2018. We cannot thank you enough OUTsurance! Thank you for having someone like Stephan who did a sterling job!!!!!!
