My vehicle was involved in an accident and my claim was dealt with by Lindie Buckle and Thandi. In a service environment where generally professionalism and proficiency is hard to come by, I experienced a service level that backs what Outsurance's promulgates through it's advertising. Ms Buckle's knowledge and her manner helped to ease the stress that such an event brings.
