<p>We would like to thank Outsurance, specially QuentinSmith the assecor and Shane, hereby we apologize for the delay in posting this now my fiancee has been diagnosed with MSA, after the meeting with the accesor my fiancée was hospitilized for more than a month with bleeding on the brain and a blood cloth that has been removed and the bleeding has been drained, also attended a step down facility afterwards to monitor his progress. My fiancée was under the impression he did cancelled his insurance with Outsurance. We received an sms from Outsurance for yearly payment for the Insurance that has not been cancelled. Outsurance was contacted, the scenario was explained to the agent,the agent took down the details, not long after our telephonic conversation we received a call from the accesor, Quentin.
