Outsurance ROBS pensioners

<p>A few weeks ago my grandparents were involved in an accident with an OUTSURANCE customer/ client. A customer/client who blantently **** about what had happened and even after my grandfather explained what had happened they still FAIL to see their customer/ client IS IN THE WRONG and that her version of the story is vertually IMPOSSIBLE. I find it strange how outsurance trys to protray they have a certain image which is UTTERLY FALSE. Believe it or not i was stupid enough to fall for outsurance' stories and i WAS a client of theirs. Until they had to fight for me and i was the one, THEIR CLIENT, that was left with "NOTHING OUT". I left outsurance and joined a different insurance company where in my opinion i am much better off. It is just extremly sad that OUTSURANCE is covering up for someone who is clearly a **** and a SCHEMER. Please can someone explain how a car turning right in the right lane with damage to the FRONT LEFT hand side of their vehicle could have stuck to their lane DAMAGING the right side doors of my grandparents vehicle in the LEFT LANE while turning RIGHT??????? This experience of my poor grandparents having to repair their own vehicle due to a lack of understanding and poor intelligence of Outsurance Is unbelievable. I wish i could have been as lucky to have outsurance stand up for me who was 100% honest and had the rear end of my vehicle crashed into by a DRUNK DRIVER, clearly i was the innocent party. BUT they stand up for a lying manipulative person who gets away with their LIES. I will NEVER EVER, recommend outsurance to anyone as you clearly NEVER GET ANYTHING OUT. Outsurance is *********** pensioners and it is extremly DISAPPOINTING to say the least. "Leaving Outsurance was the best decision i have made, therefore with all this happenings ,my case remains closed, I WILL NEVER EVER go back to outsurance"</p>
