Outsurance roadside assist

A few weeks ago at work on 17 Mar 2020 our elderly driver got stranded with the company vehicle which broke down. I phoned Outsurance for roadside assist and what followed was truly remarkable! Within less than a minute I received an sms with the reference number. Within a further few minutes I received a call from the assigned towing company, and within a few minutes received confirmation that the tow truck was assigned, and the exact time that they would arrive. In the meantime, the tow truck driver had already contacted our driver to arrange the meeting. The arrangement was to tow our vehicle to our repair garage. I phoned our driver at a time I thought he would be in the tow truck, to find that they already had arrived at our garage! A minute after that Outsurance called me to confirm all was done and to ask if everything was satisfactory. Any Insurance in the WORLD can learn from this level of service. I have to say that I was totally blown away by the excellent level of service we received and would highly recommend Outsurance to anyone in the blink of an eye.
