Outsurance Roadside Assist

<p>My wife had a high speed tyre burst on the N1 on Thursday 9 February 2017 during rush hour traffic on a high speed corner before the N7 interchange. It's a very dangerous corner as the left hand side has a narrow emergency lane and the right side is also narrow with a concrete barrier. I called Outsurance and they dispatch roadside assistance to aid my wife as I was @ home with our son. From the time of my call, to dispatched assistance and my wife getting home it was under a hour. Mpho stayed in contact telephonically with my wife and myself through the whole process from assistance arriving, to my wife being mobile and back on the road, to her arriving safe at home. It was by far the best roadside assistance from any insurer that I have experienced, ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. Thank you very much Mpho and Outsurance.
