Outsurance road assistance is unreliable

Today I had puncture on Moloto road. I called the help line for road assistance. They asked me a million questions about where I was exactly. After they named the nearest place that I just passed on the road they took my contacts and said they'll get back to me. After 3 hours I realized it was getting dark and I was out if airtime and no atm around to withdraw cash. I started selling my belongings just so that I can get my tyre patched.<br> <br> Maybe this is how they do things at OUTsurance but if an insurance company cannot assist you in the time of need then why should one pay them? Can hellopeter please assist me to cancel my subscription with OUTsurance. They can refund me what they have already deducted or keep it I don't care I just want my subscription cancelled
