Outsurance ripps you off when you claim along with bad service
I claimed for a burst water pipe underground a concrete slab at my house and had their plumbers brake up and rework their ****py work twice.I also incurred a R5000 water bill due to the burst pipe and they refuse to pay for my loss incurred.They ripped me off with an excess of R2700 for this claim.
