Outsurance ripping of people.

I was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident with an Uber vehicle whereby the driver turned out of a side road in front of me without looking to his left. This resulted in me not being able to avoid him thus colliding with the passenger side of his vehicle. The driver admitted to his negligence and this was also stated in the police report. I submitted my claim to his insurance company, Outsurance, wanting to claim as a third party. After submitting all the necessary documentation they are now refusing to pay for my damages, saying I could have avoided the collision with the other driver. How does one avoid making an accident with someone who suddenly enters a straight road that your are driving in from a side road just in front of you? Outsurance advertises all over that they are one of the best insurance companies in South Africa. How can this be when this how they deal with claims. I am taking this matter further. Even people that are insured with Outsurance have problems when it comes to claiming. They did not even bother to contact me to find out exactly how the accident happened. They say they based their decision purely on what was on the paperwork in front of them. I will definitely not recommend Outsurance to anyone.
