Outsurance RIPOFF
On Monday, 19 August, I lodged a claim for my son's TV. Claim no ***. While my last claim was in Jan 2023, they wanted to give us an amount of R6000 for a R12000 TV MINUS the Excess of R4800!!! What Curved TV can you buy for R1200??? Since Jan 2023 I paid a total amount of R26000 in premiums and they offer me R1200 to buy a R12000 TV?? Ill definitely be cancelling my premiums as from 21 August!! What a ripoff!! This is NOT the first time i have been **********. their car insurance stinks!!

After responding privately to your review, we escalated the matter to our claims manager, Mbali.
Mbali contacted you to address your concerns regarding your claim. Any household contents that you insure with OUTsurance, will always be covered for the replacement value.
