Outsurance rip-offs! - Must read for recommendation purpose.

Me as a third party claim, I find it sad and unfair how you can rip-off your clients by not wanting to pay out and spinning the whole story. Your client from the accident scene admits that his wrong and will have his insurance ( Outsurance ) to pay me out because he pays third party liability cover as I didn't have insurance. I battled, called on numerous occasions for two months to have my car assessed and only to hear the outcome that you guys are not paying out anything. You even got your client confused as to what his options are instead you turn your client against me so you don't have to pay out. Little do your client know that he'll have to pay me out of his pocket because you guys suggested I take legal action. I hope he take you guys to the ombudsman. This is sad as I was considering for my next car to join Outsurance but unfortunately I wont even recommend ANYONE to you guys. Horrible service and rip-offs!
