Outsurance - ridiculous claim settlement offer

As a result of a lightning strike, I had to claim for a number of electronic items from Outsurance. They have made use of extremely dishonest contractors to do the valuations, and only after sending them the proof, was the amount reviewed, except for one item: my TV. I have an excellent claim record - a smash-and-grab in 2015 and an accident back in 1997. I have paid my premiums every single month. The content of my home is insured at the full replacement value. Yet, even though I have paid R16,999 for a TV in 2008 and I still have the proof of the purchase, Outsurance wants to pay R5000 as a replacement value. That's ridiculous!
